The classes below are designed to be hands-on.  Reserve your class now.  Go to contact page or call 978-561-5522 for more information on cooking classes on the North Shore, MA.  Please check back here often for updates.  Suggestions for future classes are of interest to us!  Please note: we reserve the right to make changes to the menus depending on ingredient availabilty.  Changes in a menu due to dietary restrictions or for other reasons may incur an upcharge.  

 

Private Parties:  Gather your friends (minimum of 4; maximum 6).  Let us know the proposed date and time (give us a few options if possible). What is your vision for your event? Then select a menu and get ready to have fun!   We will followup on logistics. After that you’re set. 

 

Couples' Night Out

$95 Per Person

Cancel that long-standing reservation at that tired local restaurant.  This class is for couples in love or for couples who are in love with cooking.  Work side-by-side with your special someone, then sit down together to enjoy an amazing dinner. Or, come with a friend to learn how to re-create the perfect, romantic dinner at home for the one you love.

An Easy Tuscan Dinner

Learn the fine art of spatchcocking (just another fancy-pants word for splitting and flattening or butterflying a whole chicken) and you are on your way to an Italian classic called pollo al mattone or Chicken Under a Brick--it's a crowd pleaser and so are the fries!

Nope, we are not slaving away the entire weekend making Peking Duck--it's our twist on the 90's classic Duck a l'Orange.  Make 2017 the Year of the Duck (breast)!

Our trip to Istanbul inspired this menu.  If you don't love the lemony, floral taste of cilantro, this menu is not for you!
